Warmest of welcomes to the family! We are a proud Creole and Trinidadian family, that is passionate about honoring our ancestors and sharing the magic of our cultures with you—the same magic that has manifested Kara Maree.

 

We’ve chosen to make the most of the land that surrounds us and our roots are the inspiration behind every ingredient we put into our products.

 

Our skin reflects the generations past and it’s our personal dedication to honor our bodies and continually be inspired to bring our memories back to life with every bottle we pour.

Growing up around vibrant Jazz music and spirited steel drums, electric dance moves, colorful family parties and southern and island foods—the perfect recipe for storytelling that never failed…

 

As children, our imaginations ran wild, and now, young adults, we’ve chosen to make the most of the land that has surrounds us and our roots are the inspiration behind every ingredient we put into our products.
After years of suffering from eczema and pityriasis rosea, one of our Co-Founders, Chelsey, turned to natural medicine for any type of relief. She found that essential oils and aloe and the like brought more positive results than any harsh creams or steroids ever could.

 

Armed with her curiosity to delve deeper into the world of natural healing she turned towards her island and southern roots— where she would soon learn that sometimes the best healing is botanical.
